When the picture frame arrived, it was packaged in a piece of cardboard folded in half with some packing styrofoam. When I opened it up, the first thing I noticed was a chip missing from the bottom of the frame. Luckily a black Sharpie marker covered the spot and wasn't very noticeable. Overall, the frame felt cheap and the edges didn't seem to line up very well. But then again, it didn't cost very much, so I guess I got what I paid for. I would recommend spending a little bit more money and getting a higher quality frame.

The frame works okay, although I had purchased several of these frames to hold alphabet photography for gifts and was disappointed to find there were several areas where the wood was showing a little. I recommend spending the few extra dollars for a nicer quality frame if you plan to give them as gifts.
